What are the steps to e-bidding?
 1. Under Auction tab, you may browse through our listings or simply use search engine.

 2. Submit your registration under "Register as E-bidder" for your intended bid property.

 3. Once successfully register, you will be given a "Reference ID" for auction deposit payment purpose.
   i) Our admin will get in touch with you for auction deposit as soon as received your registration.
   ii) Do indicate your "Reference ID" when you send payment receipt to us.

 4. Please place auction deposit via local bank online transfer and being fully cleared by the bank no later than two (2) working days before the auction day.

 5. After completed auction deposit, you will received URL link which direct you to the bidding page..

 6. On the auction day, please log in to the URL link prior to the bidding.

 7. Your Bidding List with LOT Number will be shown in this tab.

 8. Proceed to click on "Property Details" and "Start Bidding Now"

 9. Read carefully "Terms & Conditions" before proceed. If you agreed, Click "I Agree" prior to bidding.

 10. Auction will start soon with Countdown 3,2,1
