VS Auction Centre was founded by Mr Eric Sua Chong Yew who has more than 16years of experience in Auction property. Prior to this, he is the Group Sales Manager under Great Eastern Life Assurance. In year 2004, he step into Auction Properties and obtained a Licensed Auctioneer qualification in 2006. Since then, he never looked back.

Under Mr Eric's leadership, the company grew tremendously and has been appointed by 9 major Banks & Resolution Companies to conduct auction. In Year 2007, he started his 1st Private Auction in Johor Bahru and achieve remarkable result with over 100 units was sold during Private Auction time. And Year 2019, VS Auction Centre set up a new office in Menara Landmark JB to expand its operation for Private & Bank Auction.

With strong foundation of leadership & knowledge, we have groomed 14 Licensed Auctioneer under Mr Eric's guidance. Not only he dedicates his time for his team but also Mr Eric is a public speaker for Private & Bank Auction to create market awareness on how to enter property auction market.
