What does Online Auction mean?

Online Auction allows prospective buyers to bid from the comfort of their own home, while still maintaining the competitive nature of a traditional auction. Often we also refer to "E-bidding".

How do I Register?

1. Register as user at www.vsauction.com.my
2. Simply click [Login] and choose [Register] to complete your registration.
3. After submit successfully, E-bidders have an E-bidding account with VSAC.
4. E-bidders can proceed to login with email address as Username and enter your Password.

How can I find the auction properties to bid?

You may visit www.vsauction.com.my under [Auction] tab.

When should I pay the Auction Deposit? and how?

You will need to transfer the auction deposit at least two (2) working day and it must be fully cleared before the auction day. Email transaction slip to particular auctioneer.

On Bidding Day, what are the things I need to take note BEFORE live bidding start?

1. Ensure internet connection is stable & strong
2. Ensure your device has sufficient power
3. Use latest version of internet browser (Google Chrome, Safari & Internet Explorer)
4. Disable your screensaver
5. DO NOT press back button during bidding

On Bidding Day, When can I start bidding?

Live bidding shall commence ON TIME and based on the sequence of the LOT. It is bidders' responsibility to login to vsauction website to wait for their turn for bidding.

How to start bidding?

Registered E-bidders shall start the bidding by pressing BID Button using their own gadgets with internet connection. If your bid is the highest, it will shown Green Coloured Box otherwise it will be a Red Coloured Box The highest bid shall flash 10 seconds (subject to change) interval for four (4) times " First Calling, Second Calling, Final Call and Sold". E-bidders may submit their bid at any of these stages of biddings by pressing the BID button. The successful bidder's bid will be denoted by a green coloured screen. The highest bidder shall be declared as the successful purchaser upon the fall of the hammer.

How do I know I am the highest bidder during bidding?

The screen will denoted as "YOU ARE THE HIGHEST BID NOW".

When do I need to settle the Balance of Purchase Price?

The Balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within 90 days from the date of auction.

What will happen if I lose bidding?

Auction Deposit will be refunded to your same bank account within three (3) working days.
